These chips are so delicious. I have tried all the flavors. In order of best to least IMHO
SEA SALT
SALT N PEPPER
SOUR CREAM and ONION
BARBECUE
The barbecue is a little weird as far as the taste. I can’t quite put my finger on it so that’s my least favorite but they do taste better the more you eat them.
I just love that they’re cooked with beef tallow. It adds a depth and richness to the flavor. This is definitely my new favorite snack.
We love beefy own! Very tasty and healthy. Truly the only down side is the price. It’s a special treat in our home 🩵

The best chips I have ever had. After losing over 70 pounds and cutting out most snacks, chips are the one thing I didnt want to give up. These are so good and rich enough its hard to over eat but man are they the tastiest. Sour cream and onion are my favorite!
I “discovered “ Beefy’s at a store in New Hampshire, and was immediately hooked. The pepper are my favorite flavor, with barbecue a close second, although I have yet to try the sour cream and onion.
One of the things I USED TO love about these chips (besides the amazing flavor) was the bombproof bags. They were durable enough for my travels/commute (I actually loved bringing Beefy's on overseas flights for a delicious snack), and 99.9% of the chips were whole pieces. That was important because—let’s face it—these chips are expensive, and the last thing I wanted was a pile of inedible “chip dust” at the bottom of the bag.
The new bags are more flimsy like an ordinary chip bag, and so far there are lots of broken pieces and messy chip dust at the bottom of the bag. The bag just doesn’t hold up the way the old ones did.
An extraordinary chip deserves better than an ordinary bag. Please go back so I can continue to order these in the future…
I gifted these to three family members. from the one that I heard back from, the comment was they were greasy. I saw that in other reviews and hoped that issue had been addressed, but maybe not.
I really wanted to love these chips, but I can't. They are too greasy. Additionally, the Sea Salt flavor is way too salty. I still have a bag and nobody will touch it. The Salt & Vinegar is a bit better in terms of saltiness and greasiness, and the BBQ flavor is greasy, but the flavor is generally good (that's where the extra star comes from, otherwise it would have been just one star). I also think the chips are too expensive for what they taste like--and while they may avoid seed oils, they don't use organic potatoes. Hard pass.
Im so happy I found this brand. I HATE seed oils. There's not many chips that are bankrupt of seed oils so when I found these, I was ecstatic. They taste so good!
These are the best tasting chips. The only issue is the bag needs to be larger! 😊
These are the finest potato chips I've ever been privileged enough to enjoy. I've tried all the flavors and they are all delicious. Pick your favorite(s) and you won't be disappointed.
My local store had a few of these and I tried them, the sour cream & onion, bbq, and salt & vinegar. My wife loves the salt/vinegar, I don't care for anyone's salt/vinegar chips, but these were actually ok. But the bbq and sour cream & onion were phenominal! Had to buy more!
I live in Vermont and I found these at one of my local farm stands. I picked up a bag of the salt and pepper flavor. Holy crap these are the best potato chips I have ever had. And although the chips look like they are covered in black pepper they’re not really spicy. I just placed my order for four bags so I can share them with others and turn them onto them as well. I so highly recommend these chips.
Needs consistency. At one point it was theeee best freshest chip in the market

Looking for chips with a healthy side? Hands down if going to eat chips (and who doesn’t love a crunch of a chip) and keep to staying away from nasty seed oils, these are the ones. Absolutely delicious to boot!!!
Simply put the best chips I’ve ever had. I’d be intaking copious amounts of seed oil if these were “regular” chips but thankfully the tallow is much better. They have a wholesome flavor profile that reminds me of french fries in my childhood
After buying 4 flavors, the salt & pepper is my favorite. Reminds me of chips 45 years ago.
At 73 years old, I can remember old potato chip brands growing up and the Beefy's flavor reminds me of them. I really like the strong potato flavor, and the deeper flavor of beef tallow frying. It is a unique flavor that far surpasses the seed oil stuff available now. Great job with the Beefy's brand! I've done plain and bbq, happy with both and ready to try more.
Finally! We have been looking for a simple-ingredient (no maltodextrin, natural flavors, citric acid, etc) flavored chip fried in tallow. Salt & Vinegar is impossible to find without those preservatives but you guys NAILED it. Those are my favorite. But the simple sea salt and BBQ are so good, as well.
As far as texture, I love the large size and thickness.
The sour cream & onion don't really do it for me - not bad but just don't taste like much. So we'll be ordering more of all the others, though. We finally don't feel bad about letting our kids satisfy their salty cravings with these!
