Beefy's Own was founded April 7th, 2022, as the first company ever to cook potato chips in beef tallow (fat). Fed-up with the lack of tallow-fried chips on the market, we decided to rent out a private kitchen and give it a go ourselves. Within just a few months it became apparent that our small rented kitchen wasn't going to cut it, so we to scaled things up.
